Recommendations to the participants for the success of this training:

• Use Internet Explorer as your web browser.
• The courses will appear in a pop-up window, get there and start learning.
• The course will be in English only.
• To successfully pass the exam you will need to reach 70% of correct answers within a month from the release of the course.
• The number of exam retakes is unlimited.
• After completing this module, you automatically receive by e-mail the certificate of completion, only if you have passed the exam.
• Please present your certificate as evidence to have passed the content to the office that sponsored you.
• 2 extra modules will be released by the end of the year.
